This event is part of the USA Volleyball Junior National Championships. Participants, individual or team, may access normal Due Process channels should their eligibility to participate be in question. Procedures including appeal options are outlined in the Bylaws of USA Volleyball. Bylaws can be found in the current issue of the USAV Official Guidebook. The Guidebook is available through Regional Commissioners, from the USA Volleyball national office, at the event Championship Desk, and on the USAV website.
This information is a summary of the information needed to enter the USAV Southeast BBQ. A complete set of rules and procedures governing all bid tournaments can be found on the USAV site in the Boys Bid Tournament Manual. All teams are responsible for the information contained in both this document and the Boys Bid Tournament Manual.

Medical Release Forms: The State of Florida requires notarization of ALL Medical Release Forms of minors. Players WILL NOT be allowed to participate if the Coach does not have their Notarized Medical Release Forms in their possession.
Orlando Sports Center Rules & Regulations: Coolers and chairs are not permitted to be brought into the Orlando Sports Center playing area or hallways. Spectator seating and food concessions are available within the playing area. Any coolers and/or chairs brought into the convention center will be confiscated.
